PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heater lamp for fixation that generates an extremely small amount of ultrafine particles even when the temperature of the lamp is increased during fixation.SOLUTION: There is provided a heater lamp for fixation that includes a heating element and a protective layer that covers the heating element, where the protective layer contains 12 atomic% (atomic number%) or less of C (carbon) in the external surface, which is detected by the XPS (X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy) method.
