PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seal member capable of assuring water tightness.SOLUTION: A seal member blocks a gap between an opening part and an insertion member that is inserted in the opening part. The seal member includes a body that holds the insert member and a clamping member. The body is made from rubber-like elastic material. A flange part is provided on an upper surface side of the body, and a retaining part is provided on a lower surface side of the body. Between the flange part and the retaining part, a tight plug part is provided including a side surface that tightly contacts to an inner peripheral surface of the opening part. An annular groove part in which a side surface of the tight plug part is a groove bottom part is formed on a side surface of the body. A holding hole in which the insert member can be held penetrates from the upper surface side of the body to the lower surface side. A slit which allows the insert member to be mounted by releasing the holding hole from the side surface side is formed from the upper surface side of the body to the lower surface side. In the seal member, a winding part for winding the clamping member is provided closer to the upper surface side than a flange of the flange part of the body. |
