PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle seat capable of preventing sinking of a seat cushion by an acted large load, even when the large load from a seated occupant caused by a rear collision of a vehicle acts on the seat cushion. ! SOLUTION: In a vehicle seat 1, a cushion frame 10 of a seat cushion 2 is assembled via a bracket 44 with respect to a lower arm 34 assembled to a base member 26 of a vehicle, and a longitudinal section of the lower arm 34 is formed to be a substantially L-shape so that the base member 26 and the bracket 44 come to a position off-set in a width direction.
