SOLUTION: A vehicle seat has a back frame 2F and a support face member 30, the support face member 30 being configured movably in a direction crossing to the back frame 2F. The vehicle seat is provided with a four-bar link mechanism 40 (mechanical transmission mechanism) which is disposed between the support face member 30 and the back frame 2F and makes the support face member 30 movable in a cross direction, and a first gaseous bag 10A (overhang mechanism) displacing the position of the support face member 30 through the four-bar link mechanism 40.
