PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic circuit of a construction machine capable of accumulating pressure to an accumulator without installing a specific electric motor and thus allowing reduction of a cost a space. SOLUTION: In the hydraulic circuit of the construction machine having an electrically-powered hydraulic pump 2 supplying pressure oil to an actuator 1 driven by the electric motor 4 and the accumulator 21 accumulating pressure oil as an auxiliary hydraulic pressure source, an accumulator circuit 19 connected with the accumulator 21 is connected to an actuator circuit 10 connecting the electrically-powered hydraulic pump 2 and the actuator, and the pressure oil not used for the actuator circuit 10 is supplied to the accumulator 21 via the accumulator circuit 19.
