The present invention relates to a temperature-settable self-heating container (1000) including an outer container (100) whose inner portion is vertically hollow; an inner container (200) that is disposed in the outer container (100), accommodates food therein, and has an open upper end with a cover (210) covering the upper end; a base container (300) that covers a lower end of the outer container (100) and accommodates a heating element (400) which generates steam through heat generation based on a reaction with water; a sealed container (500) that covers an upper end of the outer container (100) and has multiple through-holes (501) at an upper end so that the steam rising from the heating element (400) passes; and a temperature setting container (600) that covers an upper end of the sealed container (500), has an outlet (610) at an upper end so that the steam rising from the through-hole (501) is discharged, and includes opening and closing means disposed to be closable on the outlet (610) and adjusting the steam discharge amount. |
