METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR MANUFACTURING FERRITE GREEN SHEET

The present invention relates to a ferrite green sheet manufacturing apparatus to remarkably improve strength by increasing the compactness of an organization while smoothly preventing damage of a ferrite sheet generated during a formation of a groove by forming the groove in a ferrite green sheet state. The manufacturing apparatus includes: a tape casting unit which includes a discharge chamber having an open lower part and discharging materials of a slurry state to a lower side vertically in a sheet form and a feed conveyer attached to the open lower part of the discharge chamber and feeding the sheet to one side; a compactness increasing unit which has a pair of pressurizing rollers installed in one side of the feed conveyer and increases compactness by pressurizing the sheet by passing the sheet between the pressurizing rollers; a groove forming unit which is installed in one side of the pressurizing rollers and forms a groove in the outer surface of the sheet while the sheet is transferred; and a winding roll which is installed in one side of the groove forming unit, rotates automatically, and winds while transferring the sheet which passes the groove forming unit.
