PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-emitting apparatus having high light extraction efficiency, with the suppression of a reduced light emission output as a light-emitting apparatus, caused by light which is emitted from a light-emitting device, and transmits to a filler or is absorbed by the filler added to a resin.SOLUTION: The light-emitting apparatus includes: a device mounting member 3 including a conductive member 4 and a resin molding 5 contacting to the conductive member 4; and a light-emitting device 2 mounted on the device mounting member 3. The resin molding 5 includes a resin 6, a filler 8 and an insulating reflection member 7 having higher light reflectivity than the filler 8. The filler 8 is covered with the reflection member 7. |
