PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation method of a bread baking machine, by which bread baking material housed in a bread case having a cylindrical shape with bottom can be heated as uniformly as possible and can be expanded.SOLUTION: There is provided the operation method of a bread baking machine which includes: a bread case 1 having a cylindrical shape with bottom, for housing bread baking material in its inside; a body 2 including a casing C having a cylindrical shape with bottom, for housing the bread case 1 in its inside from an opening part 4; a lid body 3 capable of freely opening and closing the opening part 4 of the casing C; and a heating mechanism 6 heating the inside of a heating chamber 5 formed by the casing C and the lid body 3. The heating mechanism 6 arranged in the body 2 includes: a side electric heater part 6A which is arranged in a region X outside an outer surface of a side wall part 1b of the bread case 1 formed in a cylindrical shape with bottom; and a bottom electric heater part 6B which is arranged in a region Y inside the outer surface of the side wall part 1b of the bread case 1. In a bread baking process for baking bread baking material, both of the side electric heater part 6A and the bottom electric heater part 6B are operated for heating. |
