PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an element using a transparent conductive film-provided structure which can achieve a low resistance with a 20-to-40-nm ultrathin film in a low-temperature process and an electronic apparatus using the element.SOLUTION: A structure includes a transparent conductive film which has an average transmissivity of 86% or higher in the range of wavelengths of 400-800 nm and a sheet resistivity of 150 &OHgr;/sq. or less and a substrate which supports the transparent conductive film.
