PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a peripheral structure of a cowl top panel that can efficiently reduce vibration and noise and efficiently absorb a load applied from an external object.SOLUTION: The peripheral structure of a cowl top panel comprises a cowl top panel having a nearly dogleg-shaped cross section projecting rearward from the front of the vehicle, a dash panel below the cowl top panel, and a center support that supports the lower end part of the vehicle width direction center region of the windshield glass and is arranged at the upper end part of the vehicle width direction center region of the cowl top panel, where the lower end part of the central region of the cowl top panel is fitted with the upper end part of the vehicle width direction center region of the dash panel, the central region of the cowl top panel is provided with a swollen part that swells out forward from the rear of the vehicle and is formed in an arc shape as viewed from the vehicle vertical directions, and the center support, the central region of the swollen part, and the fitting part of the cowl top panel located at the vehicle body center and the dash panel are located on the same straight line. |
