PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a developing device capable of releasing heat in a slide-contact part between a developing roller and a seal member.SOLUTION: A developing cartridge 28 includes a housing 50, a developing roller 31, a side seal member 61 having a fabric member 61B where a plurality of first fibers extending in a first direction and a plurality of second fibers extending in a second direction cross each other, and a heat radiation member 100 coming into contact with the side seal member 61, to radiate the heat of the side seal member 61. The heat radiation member 100 is arranged at the end of the side seal member 61 in the axial direction of the developing roller 31 and is in contact with the end surface of a fiber. |
