INFORMATION PROCESSING METHOD AND PORTABLE TERMINAL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a decrease in convenience in designation of position information to be added to prescribed data in a portable information terminal.SOLUTION: A task management system 10 includes a game terminal 12 and a server 14. The game terminal 12 receives, from a user, designation as to which is added between position information showing a position optionally designated by the user on a map image of a scale displayed in the terminal and position information showing the current position of the terminal to prescribed data to be stored together with the position information in the server 14. Then, the game terminal transmits the prescribed data with the position information designated by the user added to the server 14. The server 14 stores the prescribed data transmitted from the game terminal 12 together with the position information.
