<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and a method for managing division and assignment of electronically recorded claims.SOLUTION: A system includes: a receiving means which receives a reservation request including reservation of at least assignment record of electronically recorded monetary claims and a cancel request of the reservation request from a client terminal; a transmission means which transmits the received reservation request and the received cancel request to an electronic monetary claims-recording institution; and a receiving means which receives a notice that the reservation request has been recorded in a request-acceptance record book, a notice that the reservation request has been canceled, a notice that the division record and the assignment record reserved in the reservation request have been recorded in a record ledger, and a notice that recording has not been made; and a division assignment management database which stores the notice that the recording has been made in the request-acceptance record book, the notice that the reservation request has been canceled, the notice that the recording has been made in the record ledger, and the notice that the recording has not been made.</p> |
