<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the breakage of an active element installed between an internal conductor and an external conductor in a coaxial cable.SOLUTION: A cable assembly 300 includes: a coaxial cable 302 equipped with an active element; a housing 304 which surrounds the coaxial cable 302; and a launch connector 306 which is installed on the outside of the housing 304, and connected to the coaxial cable 302. An internal conductor of the coaxial cable 302 has a part extending to the outside of the housing 304, and the part is inserted to a receptacle of the launch connector 306, and rotatably and electrically connected to the launch connector 306. Therefore, the internal conductor and an external conductor are not independently rotated, so that the active element is not broken.</p> |
