PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a user with a private acoustic space by using an electronic apparatus mounted with a parametric speaker.SOLUTION: An acoustic system includes an electronic apparatus incorporating a parametric speaker, a first seat in which the electronic apparatus is mounted on the back face of a backrest, and a second seat which includes a backrest absorbing or reflecting at least part of an ultrasonic wave transmitted from the parametric speaker and arranged behind the first seat.
