<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surge arrival time difference type failure point locating system that uses a precision improving technique for a rising time.SOLUTION: In a case where mixing time point of surge waveform component is not clear, (1) in a case where there is voltage or current waveform data in the past time where mixing time point of surge is determined, a ratio of the waveform data y(t) relative to observation value D(t) of voltage or current surge waveform observed at a constant time interval is calculated, an error indicated in (formula 3) is calculated, a rising time point tof the surge waveform in observation value data of minimum value is acquired for each of waveform record devices 100-1, 100-2 installed at both ends of a power transmission line 10, and a failure point is located from the time difference, and (2) in a case where there is no voltage or current waveform data in the past time where mixing time point of the surge is determined, a rising time point tof surge waveform for surge waveform y(t) that is estimated in (formula 1) or (formula 2) is acquired logically for each of the waveform record devices installed at both ends of the power transmission line, to locate a failure point from the time difference.</p> |
