<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building reusable and safely usable without anxiety, by restoring a minor damaged part after an earthquake so as not to collapse the whole building, without making a beam fall and without damaging a column-a beam even in a giant earthquake.SOLUTION: A building structure is composed of a column 1 and a beam 2, and is constituted so that a required length interval is provided between a column surface and an end part of the beam, and a steel frame pin 3 is installed for connecting the column 1 and the beam 2 in the interval, and a PC steel material 4 is penetratingly provided, and a joining interval part is formed by filling and hardening concrete in the interval, and prestress is imparted to the concrete by tensioning-fixing by imparting tension introduction force to the PC steel material 4, and the column 1 and the beam 2 are integrally joined via the joining interval part.</p> |
