The invention relates to an airplane seat (2) with an adjusting device (1), said airplane seat (2) comprising at least one adjustable seat element (3). The seat element (3) has an adjustable and a blocked state, and the seat element (3) can be adjusted only in the adjustable state by a manual application of force and/or by an application of force from a spring element (16) and/or by an application of force from the weight of parts of the airplane seat (2). The adjusting device (1) comprises at least one operating element (13) and at least one blocking element (11), said blocking element (11) being movable by means of the operating element (13) between a blocking position in which the seat element (3) is blocked and a neutral position in which the seat element (3) can be adjusted. The operating element (13) is an electronic and/or electric switch, and the blocking element (11) can be moved between the blocking position and the neutral position by means of an electrically operated actuator (15) which can be actuated by the switch using signals. |
