<p>The system is provided with a monitoring device (10) and a user device. The monitoring device (10) first captures images by a monitor camera, and detects a number N of moving bodies therein. Next, for each of the N moving bodies, the type of moving body is identified, and the distance of the moving body from a predetermined reference location is measured. Next, a first identifier representing the type of moving body, and a second identifier representing the distance of the moving body, are generated for each of the N moving bodies. A data signal containing the N sets of first and second identifiers is then transmitted. Meanwhile, the user device receives the data signal transmitted by the monitoring device (10), recognizes the state of being of the moving bodies on the basis of the N sets of first and second identifiers included therein, and notifies the user thereof through an image (11), voice (12), vibration (13), or the like. As a result, it is possible to reduce the occurrence of accidents with other vehicles or with pedestrians upon encountering an intersection with poor visibility and no traffic signal, a T intersection, or the like, making it possible to achieve improved safety.</p> |
