PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power generating system capable of improving generation efficiency thereof.SOLUTION: A power generating system 1, electrically converting an external force into electricity through a piezoelectric element 21, includes: a power generation plate 20 constructed by fixing piezoelectric elements 21a, 21b onto a diaphragm 22; a pendulum 30 that oscillates around a pendulum support section 12; and a pick section 60 that is installed on the pendulum 30 and oscillates the power generation plate 20 by a repulsive force generated mutually between the pick section 60 and the power generation plate 20. |
