PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary electric machine, a rotation load combination device and an air conditioner having rotation load combination device capable of providing a long service life and a high reliability by reducing a shaft voltage to prevent electric corrosion on a bearing.SOLUTION: A stator core 9 includes a winding 8 wounded on a stator being interposed by a resin 11 as an insulator for insulating the stator core 9. The stator core 9 is molded together with another fixing member with an insulating resin 7 as a mold material. By integrally molding the members, a stator 10 which has an external shape of generally cylindrical shape is formed.
