A distributed system (3000) has a processing server (3200). Tasks are allocated to the processing server (3200). A speed information acquisition unit (2020) obtains speed information being information relating to the processing speed of tasks executed in the processing server (3200). An error determination unit (2040) uses the speed information and determines whether or not the processing speed for the task to be determined is erroneous. If a determination has been made by the error determination unit (2040) that the processing speed for the task to be determined is erroneous, an allocation exclusion unit (2060) temporarily excludes a processing server (3200) having that task allocated thereto, from new task allocation. |
