A press plate (6) is tacked to a boss (4c) of a cup-shaped flexible externally toothed gear (4) of a wave gear device unit (1). A second arm (22) as a driven member is attached by a fastening bolt (24) to an end surface (7a) on an outer side of an output flange (7) of the wave gear device unit (1). The fastening bolt (24) is screwed into and secured in a tap hole (14) of the press plate (6) from each bolt insertion hole (23) of the second arm (22), via a flange-side bolt insertion hole (16) and a boss-side bolt insertion hole (15). A fastening structure can be achieved in which a driven member is fastened to a wave gear device unit in which holes are easily machined into the output flange, and only a few fastening bolts are needed to fasten the boss, the output flange, and the driven member.
