<p>The present invention relates to a diode display device including a touch panel for reducing transmittance difference of each sub pixel in order to improve brightness and minimize color shift by forming an open unit of a touch electrode in an area corresponding to a sub pixel having low transmittance. The touch panel embedded diode display device of the present invention includes: a thin film transistor array substrate which defines a plurality of sub pixels and includes a thin film transistor formed on every sub pixel; a color filter array substrate including a color filter formed to correspond to the sub pixel and a black matrix equipped between adjacent sub pixels; a plurality of X electrodes which is formed on the color filter array substrate and disposed to be separated from each other at regular intervals; and a plurality of Y electrodes which is formed between the thin film transistor array substrate and the color filter array substrate and disposed to be separated from each other at regular intervals to intersect the X electrodes. Each X electrode includes the open unit formed to expose the sub pixel having the lowest transmittance among the sub pixels.</p> |
