<p>In the present invention, disclosed is a vehicle communications system and method using a congestion control function, capable of controlling communications performance according to a communications congestion state with a communications object vehicle around the vehicle. The vehicle communications system using the congestion control function according to the present invention includes an analysis module which receives a communications message including identification information from a plurality of communications object vehicles around the vehicle, analyzes a packet reception failure rate according to the communications object vehicles using the communications message, and calculates communications congestion around the vehicle; and a control module which controls to transmit data to the communications object vehicles by using a preset data transmission speed and transmission power corresponding to the congestion.</p> |
