PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic ticket system facilitating confirmation and tracing of a use state.SOLUTION: An electronic ticket system includes: a user terminal having display means for displaying information and a touch panel superimposed on the display means and having input means capable of detecting individual contact locations when a plurality of positions are simultaneously touched, and displaying an electronic ticket in the display means; and a stamp having a plurality of pressing parts capable of detecting simultaneous contact to the input means. In a service information provision system: the user terminal detects a plurality of contact locations by the input means when it is simultaneously touched by the pressing parts of the stamp in a state that the user terminal displays the electronic ticket in the display means; and when the detected contact locations satisfy a prescribed condition, a drawing representing that an electronic ticket is already used is performed.
