<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connector capable of performing high-speed transmission while suppressing deterioration of an electric transmission property.SOLUTION: The connector comprises: a housing including a first fitting part to which a flat cable is fitted, and a second fitting part to which a counterpart connector is fitted; and a contact which is held in the housing and includes a first contact part in contact with the flat cable and a second contact part in contact with the counterpart connector. The contact includes a first arm and a second arm which oppose each other, and the first arm and the second arm are connected in one end by an U-shaped part. At a side where the first arm and the second arm are not connected, the flat cable is held in a thickness direction. The first contact part is included in a distal end of the first arm or in the vicinity thereof, and the second contact part is formed in at least one of the first arm and the second arm, and positioned between the U-shaped part and distal ends of the first arm and the second arm.</p> |
