PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that it cannot be determined in which order to use teaching materials when an order relation of the plurality of teaching materials is not determined, even if the plurality of teaching materials can be freely used.SOLUTION: In a method for determining an order relation of teaching materials, a computer obtains order information in which a plurality of learning items and learning order when learning the plurality of learning items are defined, judges each of the plurality of teaching materials is related to which learning item of the plurality of learning items defined in the order information, and determines the order relation between the plurality of teaching materials according to the learning order in the order information of the judged learning items.
