摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a position adjustment mechanism for an imaging element that can reduce a noise generated on a signal path between an imaging element unit and an image processing unit with a simple structure.SOLUTION: In a position adjustment mechanism, a probe pin holder (26) arranged above a relay substrate (31) in an image processing unit (33) has an opening part where a probe pin is arranged nearby a peripheral edge. A vacuum chuck section (22) which chucks an imaging element unit (3) is lowered by a driving section (70) from above so as to sink a part of the vacuum chuck unit (22), where the imaging element unit (3) is chucked, into the opening part of the probe pin holder (26), and an upper end of the probe pin comes into contact with an electrode of the imaging element unit (3), thereby a lower electrode of the imaging element unit (3) and an electrode of the relay substrate (31) in the image processing unit (33) are electrically connected to each other through the probe pin.</p>
