<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent burrs from being generated within a measuring hole by inserting a cut-and-raised punch for forming a cut-and-raised part for caulking, in a laminated core manufacturing device for manufacturing a laminated core formed from a plurality of laminations by caulking.SOLUTION: A laminated core manufacturing device 1 comprises: a measuring hole forming part 30 including a measuring punch P2 for forming a measuring hole k1 that is a through hole for caulking, only in a bottom core thin plate 20B corresponding to a bottom layer of a laminated core 21 by selectively executing a punching operation; and a cut-and-raised forming part 35 including a cut-and-raised punch P4 for forming a cut-and-raised part k2 that is ruggedness for caulking, at a position corresponding to a measuring hole in any other core thin plate 20 than the bottom core thin plate by executing the punching operation at all the time. The cut-and-raised punch includes a chamfered part which is formed at least in a part of an outer edge of a blade tip, and is provided so as to be inserted into the measuring hole with respect to the bottom core thin plate.</p> |
