PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve throughput in a plurality of base stations, by mitigating inter-cell interference while enhancing frequency utilization efficiency. ! SOLUTION: A base station according to an embodiment includes; a communication unit for communicating with a mobile station; and an interface with a central station. The interface transmits information required for scheduling performed by the central station to the central station. When the communication unit does not correctly receive first data transmitted on an uplink by the mobile station, in a first sub frame; the communication unit does not transmit a first response showing that the first data has not been received correctly, to the mobile station. When the first data has not been received correctly; the interface receives a scheduling result for permitting the mobile station to retransmit first data in a second sub frame following the first sub frame, from the central station.
