PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ramp AD conversion processing device that generates a reference wave voltage in a ramp waveform in a high precision and low cost circuit configuration, and implements an easy process of recording parameter information. ! SOLUTION: A ramp waveform generation section includes: a reference pulse generation section for generating a reference pulse signal; a reset pulse generation section for generating a reset pulse signal; a periodic circuit comprising a capacitor and a transistor connected in parallel which periodically changes a voltage across the capacitor as the reset pulse signal is fed to the transistor; and a reference wave output section for combining a reference pulse voltage value based on the reference pulse signal and an input side voltage value of the periodic circuit to output a reference wave voltage.
