PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle headlight which can avoid that a driver in an area in which a road passing section for a vehicle is changed feels discomfort caused by dazzling when the road passing section is changed by enabling a shading seal material to be easily pasted to a proper position of an outer lens. ! SOLUTION: In a shade 18 which blocks a part of light from a light source bulb 17 and makes remaining light pass therethrough, a slit 22 is provided which causes a part L3 of light from the shade 18 to be leaked at the lighting of the light source bulb 17, and forms a mark 26 indicating a position for pasting a shading seal material 25 on an external face of an outer lens 13. The shading seal material 25 is pasted to the outer lens 13 along the mark 26, so that a cutoff line of a traveling lane can be changed to the substantially same position as a cutoff line at an opposite traveling lane side. !
