PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grating element having large curve and small curvature radius even when comprising a frame body, and to provide a metal lattice using the grating element, a lattice unit using the grating element and the metal lattice, and an X-ray imaging device using the grating element, the metal lattice, and the lattice unit. ! SOLUTION: A grating element DGa comprises: a lattice part 11a having plural same-shaped members 12a arranged in parallel periodically in one direction X and being curved along the one direction X; and a frame body 13 disposed on at least one end in the one direction X on the lattice part 11a.
