PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inspection technology that enables a plurality of inspection items to be collectively inspected. ! SOLUTION: In a rotary type inspection device 10, a differential side gear 16 is rotated at the first number of rotations by rotation means 34, and an oscillation waveform is obtained by oscillation measurement means 35. Next, the differential side gear 16 is rotated at the second number of rotations different from the first number of rotations by the rotation means 34, and oscillation waveform is obtained by the oscillation measurement means 35. All oscillation waveforms are analyzed by a computation part 37, using a Mahalanobis-Taguchi system, and a Mahalanobis distance of a product 10 is computed.
