PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently fix a headrest holder to a back frame to improve the productivity of a seat by press-fitting and fixing the headrest holder in the back frame of a vehicle seat which is formed by the bending process of an extrusion-molded material. ! SOLUTION: A pipe-like holder 13 for inserting a headrest stay therein is press-fitted and fixed into the upper frame 12 on the apex of a back frame from one side to the other in a vertical direction. The holder 13 has a taper face formed so that an outer diameter enlarges with proceeding of press-fitting. The notch 12 of the holder 13 is formed to the upper frame 12 into which the holder 13 is press-fitted, and the taper face having the same inclination as that of the holder 13 in a press-fitting direction is formed to the notch 12. !
