PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotational fluctuation absorbing damper capable of inhibiting components located on the further outer periphery side than a damper rubber from falling off from a hub and jumping out toward the axial direction even when the damper rubber fractures, and thus developing a fail-safe function. ! SOLUTION: A damper mass is connected via the damper rubber to a hub to be mounted on a rotating shaft, and a pulley is connected via a coupling rubber to the damper mass. A second damper mass is arranged in parallel to the damper mass. On one or both of the damper mass and the second damper mass, an axial stopper is provided as an inward flange-shaped one which engages with the hub in the axial direction when the damper rubber fractures, for restricting the components from falling off from the hub and jumping out toward the axial direction. !
