PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cool helmet which is safety and comfortable, and consists of a helmet body, an exhaust pipe, a ventilation fan, and power supplies of the ventilation fan, and where, by moving the ventilation fan, air heated in the helmet and vapor by perspiration are forcibly exhausted to the outside of the helmet through the exhaust pipe so that fresh air is taken in the inside of the helmet to circulate the air inside the helmet, thereby it can prevent the inside of the helmet from getting stuffy. ! SOLUTION: In a cool helmet, an exhaust pipe 3 which lets exhaust air through from an exhaust hole of an upper part of a helmet body 2 to the outside of the helmet 2 is provided so as to be routed on the external rear of the helmet body 2, a ventilation fan 4 is provided in the inside positioned at the slightly shorter distance than an exhaust outlet on the tip of the exhaust pipe, and power supplies 5 are provided on external both sides of the exhaust outlet. !
