SOLUTION: A thermal head X1 includes: a substrate; a heating part 9 provided on the substrate; a first electrode provided on the substrate and electrically connected with the heating part 9; and a second electrode positioned between the heating part 9 and the first electrode and electrically connecting the heating part 9 with the first electrode.
