an X-ray tube device having an X-ray tube and an X-ray tube device housing that accommodates the X-ray tube; an X-ray detector detecting an X-ray generated from the X-ray tube device; and an arm supporting the X-ray tube device on an end side and the X-ray detector on the other end side with them facing each other, wherein a first air flow path where air that passed through the outer surface of the X-ray tube device housing flows is formed inside the arm.
