摘要 [Problem] To provide a scintillator panel in which image density irregularities and MTF in-plane distribution issues have been improved by providing a cushion layer between a support body and a phosphor, in order to have an uneven surface of a phosphor layer absorbed by the cushion layer and to have no gap appearing in the contact surface between a flat light-receiving element and the phosphor layer, when impelling the phosphor layer from the support body side and crimping a scintillator panel to the flat light-receiving element. [Solution] A scintillator panel having, in order, a support body, a cushion layer formed on the surface of the support body, and a phosphor layer formed by deposition on the surface of the cushion layer. The scintillator panel is characterized by: the film thickness of the cushion layer being greater than the difference between the maximum and minimum values for the film thickness of the phosphor layer; and the phosphor layer being formed so as to be capable of being in uniform contact with the surface of a flat light-receiving element when impelled from the support body side towards the flat light-receiving element side.
