PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently inform a clientele visiting a financial institution and the like of information about fees before being guided to a counter.SOLUTION: An electronic booking device 30 is configured to: capture an image of a payment statement brought with a clientele; determine a kind of the payment statement from the captured image; recognize information described in the payment statement in accordance with the determination result of the kind of the payment statement; prepare a slip required for performing a transaction process of the payment statement; and when performing a process to information on a fee for each payment statement or a delinquent charge, and a plurality of payment statements, display information on a total of the fees or a total of the delinquent charges on a screen. Thus, before guiding the clientele to a counter, the information on the fee is enabled to be efficiently informed. |
