PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bag which facilitates a step of charging a material for shape retention.SOLUTION: A first unpacked part to be packed with the content is formed between a pair of first side seal parts extending vertically. A second unpacked part to be packed with a material for shape retention is formed between a pair of second side seal parts extending vertically, in such a way as to be separated from the first uncharged part. The outer second side seal part of the first side seal parts are formed so as to extend along the side edge of the bag and not to reach the upper edge of the bag, and the second unpacked part is located above the upper edge of the outer second side seal part and includes an upper unsealed part reaching the upper edge and side edge of the bag. The bag is also provided with a spout which the content pass through when the content packed in the first unpacked part is poured out.
