PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cartridge for single-lever combination faucet and a single-lever combination faucet having a click mechanism for giving a click feeling to a user when controlling the temperature capable of reducing abrasion on a press member and a pushed unit which is pressed by the press member as small as possible.SOLUTION: A cartridge 3 has a click mechanism 31 for generating a click feeling at a predetermined position in a movement direction of a lever 7. The click mechanism 31 includes: a press member 32 provided to a movable valve body 5, which is rotatably in contact with the inner circumferential surface of the case 8; a biasing body 36 for giving a force to the press member 32 toward the inner circumferential surface of the case 8; and a protrusion 38 formed in a movement range of the press member 32. The movable valve body 5 includes a concave portion 66 formed for receiving the press member 32. The concave portion 66 has a support projection 67 with the upper end chamfered for supporting the press member 32 from the bottom thereof.
