PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress material cost and size increase of a whole slide rail device without damaging holding force of a rolling element. ! SOLUTION: The vehicle seat slide rail device comprises: a lower rail; an upper rail 20; and a rolling element 50. In a cross section orthogonal to a longitudinal direction of the lower rail 40 and the upper rail 20, an end surface 28R of a right tip end part 24R of the upper rail 20 is disposed facing an outer peripheral surface of the rolling element 50. The lower rail 40, the upper rail 20, and the rolling element 50 are disposed so as to satisfy a disposition positional relationship in which a contact point P1 of the rolling element 50, a center P2 of the rolling element 50, and a contact point P3 of the lower rail 40 and the rolling element 50 are disposed on a same virtual line C. !
