PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clamp device capable of securing a clamping function when a hydraulic failure occurs, downsizing a device, and simplifying a hydraulic pressure supply system. ! SOLUTION: A clamp device (C) includes: a grip member (2) and a clamp rod (3) for clamping a workpiece W; a double acting hydraulic cylinder (5); and a clamp body (1) where the double acting hydraulic cylinder (5) is built in.
