<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain water cutoff/waterproofing in connection of a pipe material.SOLUTION: A holding outer cylinder 11 is threaded to the outside of a long FEP pipe 8, the FEP pipe 8 is exposed from an end of the holding outer cylinder 11, this is put into a through hole 2 of a support wall 1, and the holding outer cylinder 11 is abutted to the support wall 1 around the through hole 2. An inner cylinder 3 is inserted from an opposite side of the through hole 2 and inserted/threaded to the inside of the FEP pipe 8, and the through hole 2 is closed with an inner flange 4 in an end of the inner cylinder 3. A surface of the inner flange 4 opposing the through hole 2 is filled with a plastic filler 7 which does not absorb water and does not permeate water, and which is neither expanded nor shrunk even in contact with water, neither hardened nor softened even if wet with water, and neither hardened nor softened even after the lapse of time in the air. The inner cylinder 3 is rotated and moved while being threaded to the FEP pipe 8, and the support wall 1 around the through hole 2 is held between a distal end of the holding outer cylinder 11 and the inner flange 4. Thus, the distal end of the FEP pipe 8 is strongly pressed against the plastic filler 7 in the inner flange 4, and a clearance between the distal end of the FEP pipe 8 and the plastic filler 7 in the inner flange 4 is sealed, such that water is cut off. The FEP pipe 8 at the outside of the support wall 1 is disposed underground.</p> |
