<p>Weatherproof and UV-resistant films based on poly(meth)acrylates are increasingly used for laminating plastic profiles, particularly profiles made of thermoplastic materials, wood or wood materials that, due to the high glass transition temperature of the film polymers, are difficult to bond using conventional methods. The invention relates to a method according to which this film is thermally activated before bonding thus enabling a rapid and reliable bonding in laminating methods.</p> |
