<p>On a main surface of magnetic or non-magnetic ceramic layers (SH1 to SH4) constituting a portion of a laminate (12), conductor patterns (CP1 to CP4) extending in loops are formed. Furthermore, via hole conductors (VH2c to VH2d, VH3c to VH3d, and VH4c to VH4d), which extend in a Z-axis direction so as to form inductors together with the conductor patterns (CP1 to CP4), are formed on the laminate (12). Each of the conductor patterns (CP1 to CP4) has a conductor pattern of a first-layer embedded in the interior of the layer, and a conductor pattern of a second-layer exposed on the top of the layer, and the conductor pattern of the second-layer is partially omitted in the direction of extension. The ceramic layers (SH1 to SH4) are formed of materials comprising ceramic green sheets on which the conductor patterns (CP1 to CP4) have been printed, and a ceramic paste which is applied to the main surface of the ceramic green sheets so as to avoid the conductor pattern of the second layer.</p> |
